Returns and Exchanges Policy

Your orders are always carefully packaged and prepared for shipping, but we’re here to help if you have an issue!

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements.


If something doesn't work or isn't what you expected, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.

We will issue your refund upon receipt of the return. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the items, NOT the postage costs.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly for a refund or replacement.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed, and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
