Your orders are always carefully packaged and prepared for shipping, but we’re here to help if you have an issue!

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returns

If something doesn't work or isn't what you expected, or was damaged during shipping, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem.

We will issue your refund upon receipt of the return. Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the items, NOT the postage costs.

For items broken during transport, we will coordinate with the mail carrier for a refund or replacement and may need documentation from you such as photos of damaged items.

We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed, and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
