We tested this piece by running it for 30 minutes. It maintains a low but steady temperature, which was hot enough to keep food warm but cool enough you won't burn your fingers. 

This piece is marked as "good" condition because of surface wear. Be warned that scrubbing too hard removes the enamel surface. We found this out the hard way, so it's priced to reflect our learning mistake.
